Portrait Marine BOUTIER

Marine BOUTIER joined Cabinet BOURSICAN in 2021 before being sworn in as a member of the Paris Bar in February 2022.

She has a dual degree in “English law and French law” (Double maîtrise “Droit français et droit anglaise”) from the Universities of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and King’s College London and a bachelor’s degree (L.L.B) in English law from the University of King’s College London.

Marine BOUTIER also has a Master’s degree in “Diplomacy and Strategic Negotiations – International Law” (Master II “Diplomatie et négociations stratégiques – Droit international”) from the University of Paris-Saclay and a Master’s degree in “Private International Law and International Trade Law” (Master II “Droit international privé et du commerce international”) from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Marine handles all aspects of international family law, with a particular focus in advising clients on complex cross jurisdictional issues relating to family and matrimonial law. Her cases frequently have a strong international dimension when assisting clients with international finances and complicated children issues. She is fluent in English and she also speaks Spanish.
